President Joseph R. Biden Jr. (D-Delaware) is working hard to ensure Democratic defeat in 2024.
The bad news is that between naps, Biden is devising plans for Democratic defeat in both 2022 and 2024. The good news is that Biden is only working on the plans for three to five minutes a day. Consequently, the plans will not be ready until the 2040 presidential election.
