I agree 100% that black people are getting a raw. However, black’s biggest problem today is lack of money. Basic Income is the easiest way to do that. You’re absolutely right, the true disparity is in wealth not income, however you need income to get wealth. In addition, I think payments just for black people will be politically impossible. By the way, what about all the white descendants of slaves, do they get reparations too??
