I agree with term limits. I just don’t see how they can set an agenda for it. Or limit to a few items. Something to remember is other groups could easily hijack the con-con. Why not just put a term limits amendment forward.

Remember the original constitutional convention and the French Estates General were designed to have limited agendas. The agendas failed both times.
