Stacy Mitchell makes a similar point over at the American Conservative. Mitchell even found a small pharmacist trying just that.

Personally, I’m not so sure. The service I’ve received from independent pharmacies has been sloppy and amateur. Strangely, the Kroger pharmacies in my area provide better service because all the professional pharmacists are working there for the better wages.
